DRYLAND
Dryland is a standard part of Mondays only. Kids love what we do in dryland, and it helps them develop core strength and shoulder stability, while having fun and being safe! They love when they can accomplish a hard skill. They are proud. It is not boring, hard work. It is fun and motivating. We do encourage that swimmers come in tennis shoes to be best prepared to get the most out of our dryland opportunities.

Make Up Policy: Missed classes may be made up any other time the same level class is offered (except for levels 1 and 5), or carried over to the next month. Classes must be made up within one month or will be forfeited.
